Truck grammar

This truck belongs to a local realty company. While I was biking through Hyde Park it was stuck in the intersection trying to make a left turn long enough for me to closely examine the ad copy on the side of the truck and drag out my phone camera to document.

It says “It doesn’t cost anymore to hire the best.”

So, it doesn’t cost at all to hire the best anymore? The best are free, but they used to not be? How long have the best had that particular phrase on the side of their truck? So many questions.
