This is a food frakker post, but really, it’s also another in the series of “things along my commute.”
I really wish this taco cart was open when I got off the bus in the morning. It advertises breakfast tacos, but if it’s not open at 9am, then I’m not sure what sort of breakfast that is.
But it is open in the afternoons, and occasionally I get there with enough pre-bus time to get myself a snack, or alternately dinner.
Here you see the cart in the background as I carefully display my taco-prey on the top of a bus stop garbage can.
The tacos are pretty decent. I haven’t had the chance to cycle through the whole menu, but it seems to have a very classic variety of meats, competently executed.
