					<description><![CDATA[maybe it was the deep frying that caused this. We watch Anthony Bordain &#039;No Reservations&#039; and it is safe to say he has a love affair with all things porcine. The pig skin that he likes best seems to be slow roasted, still on the pig, usually.

If you haven&#039;t watched his show, you should try it. Once you get past the NYC pretension it&#039;s not all that bad.]]></description>
