Flaked off fast, so I went back with a friend Memorial Day 2015 (big day for Austin) and primed it and repainted it heavy. The primer did marginally better.

Lesson learned. That decking already has a grooved texture, so sanding will do little IMHO. My plan now is simple: paint everything else the same color as the decking.]]></description>
